Alder

Alder is a wood-fired restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Patrick Kriss serving a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu, cocktails and wine in Toronto. The kitchen menu, centered around a wood-fired grill, features ingredients selected at their flavourful peak and delicately enhanced with smoke, flame and a deft touch. There's also a full bar pouring classically inspired cocktails, craft beers and an eclectic selection of wines. Alder is located at Ace Hotel Toronto, in the heart of the Garment District, between King and Queen Streets, just blocks from the TIFF Bell Lightbox and the Toronto Music Garden.
