From behind the stunning 70-foot brass bar, Riviera’s open kitchen features Chef Jordan Holley’s modern takes on classic fare, like steak frites, lobster spaghetti and beef tartare. Mixologist Stephen Flood’s cocktail program draws its inspiration from the elegance of the classics, and Sommelier Maxence Gueritot is on hand to guide guests though the extensive wine program.
