Tucked within the heart of Revelstoke, Dose (or "Alfred’s Pop-up") is a seasonal evening pop-up restaurant crafted by the team behind Dose Coffee. Led by Head Chef Ivan Blackwell, Dose offers a menu of Italian-inspired, shareable dishes—though no one will fault you for savoring a bowl of gnocchi all to yourself. The bar, curated by Bar Manager, Lily Wheeler-Dee, features a selection of old-world wines and inventive takes on classic cocktails. With its cozy, intimate setting and limited seating for larger groups, Dose provides a welcoming space to enjoy everything from homemade focaccia and wine to multi-course dinners with family and friends. This summer, Dose (at night) returns for a new edition starting June 13th.
